Shipping dates provided are estimates only; we can not guarantee shipping dates on behalf of the carrier. We will provide you with a tracking number for your order and a direct link to the carrier’s site.

Canadian Addressing Format

Canadian addresses should be formatted as shown below:
  • Canadian addresses are formatted differently for street addresses, postal boxes, military addresses, etc. In general an address must contain the addressee, the municipality, the province/territory and the postal code.
  • Postal box addresses should include the postal box number and the station number on the second last line of the address. Additional delivery information such as a street address can be included above this line.
  • Ideally, the address should be written in capital letters and punctuation should not be used unless it is a part of a proper name (i.e. ST.JOHN'S). Accents are not considered to be punctuation. 
  • Address lines should be a maximum of 40 characters, including spaces.
  • The symbols # and no should be avoided.

U.S. Addressing Format

U.S. addresses should be formatted as shown below:

  • Name of person
  • Additional recipient information (optional)
  • Street number and name OR PO Box
  • City, State abbreviation, zip code
  • USA

PLEASE NOTE:

Free shipping for $100 and over to Canada and US is only for standard shipping method. 

There are no additional shipping fees for adding extra items to one shipment up to four 4 items per order max as this is calculated by size and weight of the shipping box.

Orders over 4 items will require additional shipping.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please also note that duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout as these are only calculated at customs clearance.  All parcels are the responsibility of the receiver once they pass through Canada customs clearance into your designated country.  The recipient of the order is the importer on record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.

Just Because Christmas is not responsible for any brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes, tariffs, and any other associated fees.  Our customers are responsible for any international duties, customs fees, taxes and refused shipping charges.  You can visit your country's customs agency website for more info on customs tax charges and any other fees that may apply. We also cannot guarantee the delivery of your order in a timely manner due to any customs delays.

We only ship to PO Boxes via Canada Post or USPS.  However, if alternate address is available, please provide us with the full and correct street address.  We strongly recommend providing a delivery address that is safe and secure.

 

DELAYED + LOST ORDERS

Once your order is in transit we are not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur. If your order gets lost while in transit, unfortunately, we have no control of that but will do our very best to try to help and assist you. You may also contact the carrier directly for all delivery related issues. However, we cannot be held liable for orders which have been confirmed as delivered by carrier.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete & accurate mailing address upon checkout. Please double check that your address information before and after completing your purchase.

Avoid including details that are not important to the delivery of the shipment to the address fields. However, do include apartment and suite numbers as well as the directional abbreviations for street addresses when appropriate (i.e. NE, W, etc.). Forgetting these may render your shipment undeliverable.

COVID-19

Due to COVID-19 packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Our partner carriers are experiencing delays that impact delivery times. Estimated delays can range from 2-14 business days.

The pandemic has caused unprecedented delays with shipping and our partner carriers are experiencing significant delays in transit times. Due to limited transportation availability and increased safety measures most carriers have removed any service guarantees. Delivery times are always estimated and never guaranteed.
